This website (moraiskaua.com.br) is the personal portfolio of Kauã Morais, operated by KAUA MORAIS E SILVA LTDA, which acts as the data controller for the personal data collected here, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).

2. Data we collect

Contact form: when you send a message, we collect your name, email address, and the message content. This data is transmitted through EmailJS solely to deliver the message to our inbox.

Browsing and interaction data: with your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to collect behavioral analytics — clicks, scrolling, page interactions, session recordings, and technical information such as device, browser, and approximate region. Clarity masks sensitive fields by default.

Language preference: we store a functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) with your preferred language (English or Portuguese).

3. Purpose and legal basis

Contact data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry (legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures — LGPD, art. 7, V and IX).

Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and to improve content and usability, based strictly on your consent (LGPD, art. 7, IX), collected through the cookie banner.

The language preference cookie is strictly functional and does not require consent.

4. Cookies and tracking

Analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity) are only set after you click Accept on the consent banner. If you click Decline, no analytics tracking is loaded at all.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, which will display the consent banner again on your next visit.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with the providers required to operate this site: Microsoft Clarity (behavioral analytics — see https://clarity.microsoft.com/terms) and EmailJS (contact form delivery — see https://www.emailjs.com/legal/privacy-policy/).

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise trade your personal data.

6. International data transfer

The providers above may process data on servers located outside Brazil. Such transfers follow the safeguards described in their own terms and privacy policies, as required by LGPD, art. 33.

Contact messages are kept only for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting professional relationship. Analytics data retention follows Microsoft's own policies for Clarity.

8. Your rights

Under LGPD, art. 18, you may request at any time: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, portability, information about data sharing, and revocation of consent.
